Graduate Trainee - Human Resources

JOB DESCRIPTION Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is seeking a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in Human Resources, hosted within our Human Resources Department. The successful applicants will gain practical experience and mentorship across the following key areas: Payroll • Assist with processing payroll data and maintaining accurate employee records • Support salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance requirements • Maintain payroll documentation and ensure data integrity • Respond to employee payroll-related queries under supervision Training and Development • Support the coordination and delivery of training programmes • Coordinate training schedules, resources, and participant records • Support performance management and employee development initiatives QUALIFICATIONS Requirements • Completed Matric / Grade 12 • Degree or diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or any other relevant Degree/Diploma ADDITIONAL INFORMATION By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce and are an equal opportunity employer.
